Export-Grade Packaging Protocols
At The Mark Impex, we recognize that handcrafted sheesham and mango wood products require specialized care during long-transit ocean voyages. Our dedicated cargo consolidation division implements rigorous packaging workflows designed to withstand variations in humidity, container friction, and physical handling during global transit.
Every product SKU undergoes meticulous packaging compliance checklists at our Saharanpur factory before container loading. This ensures our global wholesale buyers receive their inventory in pristine, retail-ready condition.
Logistics Trust Metrics
- ISPM-15 Compliance: 100% heat-treated wooden pallets for phytosanitary custom clearances.
- Moisture Control: Silica gel pouch consolidation prevents moisture warping on ocean routes.
- Heavy-Duty outer Cartons: 7-ply double-wall master corrugated containers.
Our Three-Tier Packing System
1. Moisture Barrier
Each individual wood craft product is shrink-wrapped in air-tight poly VCI sheets and packed with active silica-gel desiccant bags to prevent moisture absorption and mold growth.
2. Shock Absorption
Edges are wrapped in high-density polystyrene corner blocks. The product is then sealed inside customized 5-ply inner boxes to buffer against container movements.
3. Palletized Stability
Master cartons are stacked onto ISPM-15 certified wooden pallets, tightly shrink-wrapped, and secured with high-tension polyester straps to eliminate voids and load shift.
Timber Heat Treatment & Fumigation Protocols
All export timber products are seasoned in our high-temperature kilns to control moisture levels. Pallets and wooden crates undergo Methyl Bromide (MB) or Heat Treatment (HT) fumigation compliance, accompanied by authorized phytosanitary export documentation to ensure hassle-free clearance at international destination ports.
